As Software Engineer you will be responsible for;
- Prepares definition of documents or participates in the preparation in order to, comply with targets relating to costs, deadlines and quality.
- Participates in the product integration and verification phases;
- Experience on Design, Software Development & Verification of DO - 178B Level A/B/C
- Assembly of the solution / product elements in a logical and controlled manner to evaluate the design, behaviour, interactions and performance, and to confirm that the requirements against which the solution / product has been designed are fulfilled,
- Demonstration that the product data package is ready for release to production and to operation and support.
- Configuration Management of the Software Configuration Items and Components
- Change Management of the Software Solution
- A Software Solution Integration and Verification / Configuration & Change Management Engineer participate in co-engineering activities with the Systems Engineering team in order to ensure software-system consistency.
- Ensures the right contribution of software components to the systems integration & verification / configuration & change
Qualifications;
- Experience with autonomous deployment of new release of CentralServer, BIW, validation of deployment guide, propose improvements.
- Comprehensive understanding of PMaaS, creation of troubleshooting guide, being able to explain data flow starting at VPN Endpoint, positive end2end use case in PMaaS, ending with final notification to the customer (CentralServer or external API).
- Technical background with Application Deployments on IIS, Application Deployments on Wildfly, Application Deployment using gitlab pipelines flux, Datadog – application monitoring dashboards, PMaaS Product – deployments, troubleshooting, documentation
- 3 plus years of Software Deployment and Configuration Management Experience
- Experience working in aerospace/aviation/defense
- Must be a US Citizen
Location: Austin, TX
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
