
Sr Systems Engineer(Windows + Linux)

Mandatory skills:
- 5 to 10 Years of Working Experience
- Minimum 5 Years of working experience in Windows and Linux Systems.
- Recommended Certification :Azure ,Microsoft Windows Servers,Red Hat Linux-RHCSA/RHCE
- System engineering experience in Enterprise Operations.
- Willingness to work 24X7 shifts and adjust schedule for deployment/maintenance.
- Proficiency in HA/Cluster, IIS, SSL Certificate,Windows PowerShell, and Linux Shell scripting.
- Able to perform L2 level activities and maintenance in Azure, Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with RHEL (Linux) patching and security remediation for compliance.
- Responsible for monitoring performance and system usage.
- Experience in remote hardware/software monitoring and administration, including Logic Monitor.
- Knowledge of change control processes for Microsoft Windows and RHEL Linux systems.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of data center operations and vendor handling.
- Ability to resolve Windows and Linux alerts within SLA, providing permanent solutions.
- Experience working in a culturally diverse environment.
- Proactive and able to work independently with limited direction.
- Excellent communication and email skills.
Job responsibilities:
- Configure, install, upgrade, and monitor performance and security of Azure, Windows and Linux servers.
- Support systems and applications, including Azure, Windows, and Linux.
- Handle application administration, product deployment, and architecture.
- Proactively monitor and resolve issues.
- Analyze technical and business needs, recommending solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, end users, vendors, and consultants.
- Stay updated on system and hardware developments for future enterprise systems.
- Tackle complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Support highly-available cross-enterprise shared services applications on a global network.
