About the role:

The Global Corporate Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Altium’s largest global corporate accounts. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving customer retention, and identifying new opportunities within high-value enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic account management, complex B2B sales, and global relationship management in a SaaS or software sales environment.

 A day in the life of our Regional Sales Manager,  Americas:

  • Develop and execute account strategies for Altium’s largest corporate customers to maximize revenue growth and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within existing corporate accounts.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder negotiations and high-value contract renewals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Forecast revenue and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for global corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure consistent engagement and alignment across multiple geographies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, understanding their business goals and aligning Altium’s solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between Altium’s internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements for managing corporate accounts, including CRM best practices, reporting, and sales playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to manage complex pricing and contractual agreements.
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to Product and Marketing teams to influence future offerings.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or corporate sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing global accounts and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a complex, global sales environment with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience in software sales, engineering solutions, or PCB design-related industries.
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and enterprise licensing agreements.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.

The salary range for this role is $250,000 to $400,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
