ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Founder Academy Specialist, you will lead the coordination and execution of the Founders Academy programs in Casablanca. From bootcamp delivery to participant guidance, your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for aspiring entrepreneurs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Coordination:

• Lead the execution of Founders Academy bootcamps and Ideation Sprints.
• Manage participant registration, onboarding, and communication.
• Monitor recruitment strategies targeting universities, innovation hubs, and communities.

Workshop Facilitation:

• Moderate workshops on Startup Ideation, Market Validation, and Art of Pitching.
• Provide guidance and feedback during office hours, supporting participants with Lean Canvas models and pitch decks.

Event Management:

• Organize and coordinate Pitching Day, selecting the top 10 projects with leadership input.
• Plan and execute graduation ceremonies, including the issuance of certificates.

Partnership Collaboration:

• Collaborate with local innovation hubs, business schools, and institutions to integrate the Founders Academy into their offerings.
• Create opportunities for cross-promotion and participant recruitment through partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have:

• 2 years Experience in program coordination, event management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with startup ecosystems, MVP development, or lean startup methodologies.
• Availability to be based in Casablanca for the duration of the contract.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience designing and delivering training or workshops.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies targeting young entrepreneurs and university students.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
