About The Role & Team

The EMEA Field Marketing Team is responsible for developing regional Marketing strategies that contribute to company revenue by driving pipeline and accelerating sales opportunities within the European market. We are looking for a data-driven individual to own the regional marketing strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration, build alignment and relationships with  key stakeholders, and deliver executional excellence across programs and events to support regional priorities. 

 As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will: 

  • Own the creation and execution of a comprehensive regional Marketing strategy for the EMEA South market, which includes France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
  • Partner with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to align strategies and ensure the success of account-specific initiatives.
  • Organize third-party, and first-party events, including online events and in-person events that drive MQLs and sales pipeline, as well as bespoke events for high-priority accounts.
  • Build engaging onsite activation, automated email campaigns, and landing pages to achieve registration and attendance goals. 
  • Leverage data and insights to understand regional nuances, identify gaps/opportunities, define target audiences, explore new markets, and report on impact. 
  • Collaborate tightly with Sales, SDRs, Campaigns, Comms, Partners, Partner Marketing and other cross-functional teams to establish Amplitude as the leading #1 Digital Analytics Platform across the EMEA South region.
  • Share best practices and insights from the region with other markets across Europe.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • 5+ years relevant experience managing strategy and execution for onsite and virtual events, ideally in France.
  • Fluent in both French & English (Spain & Italy a bonus)
  • Proven track record of having worked in a high growth B2B SaaS environment, with a “builder” mindset.
  • A passion for metrics and data with a strong ability to provide insights, analyze programs and campaign performance to influence decisions. 
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Self-starter with desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills coupled with a meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-35% of the time for events.
