About The Role & Team
At Amplitude we’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive the execution for our Field Marketing and Demand Generation activities in the Japan market. We need a smart, talented, and experienced Marketing Generalist who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and take the success of our brand to the next level.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will:
- Run local planning and review processes quarterly and be the ambassador to sales and marketing in both directions
- Proactively detect market changes and opportunities and develop region specific segment strategies while monitoring sales funnel conversion on a weekly basis
- Be responsible for all event planning and execution in your region
- Understand digital marketing so that you can partner with the Global Demand Center to devise and execute integrated programs for your region
- Align with our Partnerships strategy and collaborate on regional plans with solution and technology partners.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- 5+ years relevant marketing experience
- Ideally a proven track record of having worked in a high growth environment
- Desired, but not required, experience marketing in the analytics space
- Familiarity with demand generation and sales funnel metrics
- Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to formulate and communicate strategy
- Tools: Salesforce, Marketo, G-suite
- Bilingual Japanese/English abilities required
