Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Tech Recruiting Manager - Site Lead for our India Hub. You’ll manage a team of technical recruiters and coordinators to deliver high-quality, high-velocity technical hiring, supporting our rapid growth across Software Engineering, Test Engineering, Data, and Infrastructure.
This is a strategic and execution-heavy leadership role - perfect for someone who thrives on building from zero, managing recruiting sprints, and partnering closely with Engineering and Product leadership to attract top technical talent in India.
Your Impact
- Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, ensuring operational excellence, delivery focus, and a culture of ownership and collaboration.
- Build & Lead the Tech Recruiting Function: Lead the tech recruiting team in India and manage a team of 5-7 Recruiters and Coordinators. Define the hiring strategy, execution rhythm, processes, and metrics to deliver at scale.
- High-Volume Hiring Drives & Sprints: Plan and execute large-scale hiring drives, and recruiting sprints (onsite, virtual, or hybrid). Manage campaign logistics, panel alignment, and post-event conversion.
- Sourcing Strategy & Pipeline Ownership: Own broader sourcing strategy for Tech roles across India site - building deep talent pools, activating referrals, and running proactive market mapping for niche skills.
- Strategic Talent Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Product leadership, shaping headcount planning, talent availability assessments, and market insights.
- Operational Excellence: Run efficient, data-driven hiring processes from intake to offer, ensuring quick turnaround times, high quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Data & Metrics-Driven Execution: Define, monitor, and report recruiting KPIs (source > screen > interview > offer > join). Use ATS data and dashboards to provide insights, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
- Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Partner with the People and Brand teams to run community engagement and employer-branding initiatives targeting India’s engineering talent market.
Your Experience
- 10 plus years of recruiting experience in high-growth Tech or GCC, IT Services, SaaS, Fintech and Scale-up environments with a strong focus on technical and volume hiring.
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct people management experience, leading teams of recruiters and/or coordinators. Proven record of coaching, mentoring, and developing recruiting talent.
- Proven success in organising and leading hiring drives, recruiting sprints, or high-volume campaigns, managing end-to-end coordination and conversion.
- Deep technical recruiting expertise across Software Engineering, Test, Data, and Infrastructure roles.
- Strong analytical and metrics orientation — comfortable with dashboards, funnel reporting, and performance optimization.
- Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to influence engineering/product leaders and align recruiting execution with business goals.
- Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing platforms.
- Process-driven, structured, and delivery-focused — thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments.

- Prior experience leading TA for a Tech Site.
- Experience running employer-branding or community-building events for tech talent.
- Exposure to global recruiting operations and multi-site collaboration.
