Photoshoot Producer - Fixed Term
Photoshoot Producer (Fixed Term)

This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. - Lead talent casting, bookings, and vendor coordination—including models, stylists, photographers, and HMU teams
- Negotiate contracts and fees with external creative partners and manage vendor relationships
- Coordinate shoot-day operations, acting as the on-set point of contact and ensuring seamless execution
- Manage production budgets, track expenses, and handle all invoice reconciliation
- Oversee sample trafficking and ensure timely delivery and return of all product
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience producing photoshoots, ideally in the fashion industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget
- Proven success working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to anticipate creative team needs and problem-solve independently
