Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – K–8 School-Based Position

Position Details

  • Position: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Grade Levels: Kindergarten–8th Grade
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
  • Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours per week
  • Setting: Onsite
  • School Year Dates: August 11, 2026 – June 1, 2027

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations
  • Support the implementation of positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes
  • Partner with families and school personnel to promote consistency across environments

Specific caseload details and school assignments are currently being determined.

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse behavioral and learning needs

Compensation & Benefits
