Speech-Language Pathologist (2026-2027 School Year)

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Salary Range: $65,000–$90,000 annually
About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the Freetown-Lakeville area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a student-centered educational team dedicated to helping every learner reach their full potential. In this role, you'll provide direct speech-language services, conduct evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate closely with educators and families to support student success.
We're looking for an SLP who is empathetic, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality services while maintaining compliance with Massachusetts special education regulations.
What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable IEP goals
- Complete progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student outcomes
- Prepare therapy materials and manage student scheduling
- Utilize assessment data to guide therapy planning and decision-making
- Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Massachusetts DESE Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology License through the Division of Professional Licensure
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of speech-language pathology experience
- Experience providing school-based speech-language services
- Strong knowledge of speech-language evaluations, report writing, and IEP development
- Experience supporting diverse learners, including students with disabilities and English Learners
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with educational technology and data-informed therapeutic practices
- Commitment to inclusive, equitable, and student-centered services
