Hourly Rate: $44.00–$54.00/hour
Caseload: Approximately 47 students

About the Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school-based setting. This full-time opportunity serves students in 4th through 6th grade across two school buildings.

The SLP will support a caseload of approximately 47 students, including approximately 9 students receiving services within an Essential Skills program. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with school-aged students and collaborating with educators and school teams to support student success.

Position Details

  • Serves students in 4th–6th grade

  • Approximately 47 students on caseload

  • Approximately 9 students in an Essential Skills program

  • Supports students across two school buildings

  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers

  • School schedule and building assignment details will be finalized with the district

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students based on their IEP goals and individual needs

  • Conduct assessments and participate in the development and implementation of IEPs

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services

  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students within the educational environment

  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings

  • Communicate effectively with families and members of the school team

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support students' communication needs

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for Indiana licensure

  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

  • School-based experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
