We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join our team! You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of digital products across multiple platforms. From test planning to automation, you'll be hands-on throughout the QA lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and product managers.

YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Define and execute test plans and test cases

• Lead manual and automated testing across web and mobile projects

• Track and manage defects, ensuring issues are resolved

• Work with BDD frameworks (Behat, Cucumber) and tools like Postman and Pytest

• Mentor junior QA analysts and support user acceptance testing

WHO YOU ARE:

• 5+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in automation

• Skilled in web/mobile testing and QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

• Experienced with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and API testing

• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and accessibility standards

• A strong communicator and team player, with a proactive mindset

NICE TO HAVE:

• QA certifications and experience in enterprise environments

• Salesforce Data Cloud experience
