Senior Airline Stations Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do:
You’ll help curate and develop the next generation of Part 135 air carrier guest handling experience and operations methodology at various types of stations (airports, heliports, vertiports). In addition to facilitating an efficient operation for our flights, you’ll help monitor their progress to ensure all flights are operated at the highest level of safety. You’ll also help collect aircraft data to support their monitoring and maintenance operations.
- Develop and create station operations policies and procedures that facilitate an efficient and safe airline operation while creating impactful guest experience.
- Participate in the Airline Operations Safety Management System (SMS) and Emergency Response programs especially as they interface with guest handling and station operations.
- Assist IOCC with flight planning and monitoring of flight operations. Provide critical flight status and alerting as required and work with various teams to automate the process.
- Test, evaluate, and provide feedback to Product and Software Developers as they iterate on platforms such as flight scheduling, crew scheduling, station operations, and guest handling applications
- Facilitate, coordinate, and schedule various types of flights (ad-hoc Part 91, VIP charters, revenue on-demand, etc.) as they interface with other departments and ensure their records are maintained in the various operations systems.
- Assist with data collection, record keeping, and analytics required for aircraft maintenance and airworthiness.
- Represent Archer at various public community events to sell and demonstrate the future of the eVTOL and UAM industry
- Create a framework for obtaining guest satisfaction scores and feedback and then working with various teams to improve the station/guest handling experience.
- Foster relationships with various stakeholders in the Airline Operations team such as Maintenance/Tech Ops, IOCC, Flight Operations/Pilots, Flight Test, Safety, etc.
What You Need:
- (6) years of experience in a customer facing operations role involving complex businesses
- Experience in ground and/or customer experience operations at a DOT Part 380 company and/or FAA Part 135 operator
- Familiarity with small general aviation airports and its operators, and with the safety considerations around propeller aircraft and rotorcraft
- Ability to decipher and make operational decisions around aviation weather and NOTAM limitations (such as TFRs).
- Experience with aircraft charter inquiries, requests, quoting and booking processes and platforms
- Passion for the aviation industry and willingness to pivot and adapt as the eVTOL/UAM industry grows in complexity
- Understanding of what it takes to build up an airline network, manage its fleet, and develop new business opportunities.
Bonus Qualifications:
- (3) years of experience at a DOT Part 380 company and/or FAA Part 135 operator
- (2) years of experience in aircraft charter and/or sales operations

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
