
Partner Solutions Architect

Archera works closely with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and a broad network of software and services partners to help each customer execute upon a bespoke, financially-prudent cloud growth and success strategy.
Position Overview: We are seeking a technically proficient Partner Solutions Architect to serve as the technical bridge between Archera, our partners, and partner-sourced customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance, enabling partner technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation of Archera's solutions within the partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical resource for partners and their customers implementing Archera's cloud optimization solutions
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with partner-sourced customers to understand their cloud infrastructure and optimization needs
- Design and deliver technical training programs for partner FinOps, DevOps, and delivery teams to enable self-sufficiency with Archera's platform
- Develop technical documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides specific to partner integration scenarios
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex partner implementation challenges
- Collaborate with Archera's product and engineering teams to communicate partner and customer technical requirements
- Participate in technical presales activities with partners, including solution demonstrations, technical deep dives, and proof of concept implementations
- Create and maintain technical content for partner enablement including webinars, workshops, and certification programs
- Analyze customer cloud environments to identify optimization opportunities and develop technical recommendations
- Stay current with cloud service provider offerings, pricing models, and commitment options across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role related to cloud infrastructure, FinOps, or technical solution architecture
- Deep technical understanding of cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) including commitment-based discount mechanisms and optimization strategies
- Experience with cloud cost management, financial operations (FinOps), and infrastructure optimization
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing enterprise cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Technical certifications from major cloud providers preferred (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect)
- Experience working with APIs, scripting, and automation tools (Python, Terraform, etc.)
- Understanding of financial concepts related to cloud spending and optimization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving technical landscapes
