About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and user-focused UI QA Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. You will be responsible for manually testing web and mobile user interfaces to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across different platforms and devices.

Location. This role is office-based at our Trivandrum, Kerala office. 

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Perform manual UI testing of web and mobile applications.
• Validate user interfaces against design specifications and functional requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and usability issues.
• Execute test cases and regression tests for new features and updates.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and documentation efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in manual UI testing.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing and standards.
• Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman.
