We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to join our team focused on leveraging cutting-edge AI for internal applications. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying AI agents specifically designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Go-to-Market (GTM) organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.). You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of these agents, from understanding and modeling the data sources crucial for agent intelligence to deploying the final solution, and working closely with GTM stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful AI solutions using advanced tools and techniques.
What you will do…
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents end-to-end to address specific GTM challenges and opportunities
- Utilize advanced AI tools, including Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and frameworks (e.g., Bedrock, LangChain)
- Connect and integrate various internal and external data sources (e.g., CRM, knowledge bases, databases, APIs) to power the AI agents, collaborating with data engineers
- Develop, refine, and optimize prompts to ensure agent accuracy, relevance, and desired behavior
- Implement robust testing methodologies to evaluate agent performance and reliability
- Collaborate closely with GTM team members and leaders to gather requirements, present demos, collect feedback, and drive adoption
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, particularly in LLMs, agentic AI, and related technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation within Armis
- Document designs, processes, and results clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
What we expect…
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development or data science with a demonstrable focus on data/AI projects
- Proven experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and associated technologies (e.g., embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation)
- Strong proficiency in Python, preferably also in relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Pandas, etc.)
- Experience with connecting to and working with diverse data sources via APIs and databases (SQL based)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), capable of explaining complex AI concepts to various audiences
- Ability to work independently, manage project priorities, and deliver results end-to-end
- Maintains current awareness of industry trends and demonstrates a keen interest in advancements within the field, contributing to innovation
Advantage:
- Experience specifically in building AI agents or chatbots
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services
- Understanding of Go-to-Market processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related quantitative field
