About the role:

As our Channel Partnerships Manager, you are responsible for business growth through our channel partners portfolio. Working closely with the GM of Hong Kong and the Head of Partnerships, you will design, implement, and manage our channel partnership strategy. You will be taking ownership of the new business and revenue across the partnership channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain a portfolio of channel partners to acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key channel partners with key focus on driving customer acquisition
  • Educate, enable, and empower partners on all things Aspire.
  • Measure and report the performance of partnerships, gain insights and improvise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve the partnership program.

Minimum requirements:

  • 5 years of experience dealing with channel partnerships or business development in a bank, fintech or B2B tech company
  • Proven track record of driving growth and partnerships strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Possesses analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
