About the role:
As the Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing our hiring processes, implementing new technologies, and driving key initiatives to ensure we attract and hire the best talent in a competitive market. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders to deliver projects that enhance efficiency, improve candidate experience, and support our overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Own and optimise new best-in-class tech, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tech solutions.
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts.
- Own TA risks, horizon scanning and advising on best practice, keeping our candidates and Aspire at the heart of our data management processes
- Process Improvement:
- Make it faster, make it better - actively trouble shoot operational inefficiency and make our TA processes as lean and quick as possible, whilst never settling on a high talent bar
- Use AI and automation to create light touch and automatic solutions; reducing workload to free our people up to do what they do best - recruiting
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Senior Leaders, People Partners, and People Operations, and other business stakeholders to give clearer visibility and forecasting across all business lines
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Create dashboards to automate reporting including: pass through rates, mis-hires, input volumes, hiring forecasts, productivity measurements and beyond
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years in project management, preferably within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the Fintech industry, is a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus.
