PCBA Supply Chain Manager

As a PCBA supply chain manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a fast-growing PCBA supply chain operation. Your exceptional customer support and meticulous planning skills will be essential to maintaining our commitment to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to our continued success and expansion.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, Engineering teams and PM, providing exceptional support and maintaining effective communication channels.
· Manage end-to-end commercial relationships and cost down activities with PCBA Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
· Manage planning operations with CMs to achieve on-time deliveries.
· Analyze and monitor backlog order fulfillment and Work in Progress (WIP) movement, taking proactive steps to resolve supply/demand gaps.
· Engage with manufacturing suppliers to ensure clear understanding of capacity requirements and manage potential bottlenecks and risks.
· Provide support for new product launches, contributing to the development of manufacturing strategies such as multi-sourcing and factory qualifications.
· Responsible for ERP system set-up and maintenance related to supply planning activities.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines.
· Minimum 8 years of experience in PCBA Supply Chain management.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
· Proficiency in ERP systems, ensuring accurate and efficient supply planning processes.
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to meet project deadlines.
