About the Role

We are a fast-growing Fintech revolutionizing digital payments and financial infrastructure for businesses. Our Business Platform enables companies of all sizes to process payments securely, efficiently, and at scale. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our B2B verticals, focusing on checkout, onboarding, and merchant acquisition, with a strong emphasis on addressing key friction points such as manual KYB processes, limited technical documentation, and under-optimized checkout experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to streamline and automate merchant onboarding, enhance developer experience through improved integration tooling, and optimize the checkout UX to align with industry best practices and maximize conversion.
  Define and lead the product strategy for checkout, onboarding, and merchant acquisition, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our B2B clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams to define requirements, priorities, and the product roadmap.
• Analyze conversion, adoption, and usage data to optimize the onboarding funnel and enhance the user experience.
  Implement strategies to improve checkout conversion rates and facilitate merchant integration with our platform.
• Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure a secure and regulation-aligned onboarding process.
• Define and monitor key KPIs to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and merchant needs to identify innovation opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Fintech, digital payments, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading products related to checkout, onboarding, or merchant acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, payment integrations, and digital payment ecosystems.
• Ability to analyze data and define strategies based on metrics and KPIs.
• Experience working with agile methodologies in high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Experience in UX/UI for onboarding and checkout flows.
• Experience automating onboarding processes, improving developer documentation, or enhancing post-launch merchant support.
• Knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML, and financial regulations.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.).
