Ready to transform how people learn at work? At Atwell, we’re building something bold and we need a tech-savvy learning systems pro to help us bring it to life.
As our Learning Systems Specialist, you’ll be the go-to architect behind the platforms that power learning across our organization. From optimizing our LMS/LXP experience to driving insights through data and dashboards, you’ll ensure that learning at Atwell is smart, seamless, and scalable. You’ll partner closely with a team of designers, developers, and program managers who are passionate about enabling performance and building an unforgettable employee experience.
This is more than just administration, it’s about owning the tech, designing the journey, and unlocking potential.
What You’ll Do
- Configure, manage, and continuously improve our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
- Design and implement intuitive learning journeys, smart enrollment logic, and polished content structures.
- Create custom dashboards and reports that bring learning data to life and support strategic decisions.
- Shape the user experience (UX) of our platforms; navigation, branding, and layout, so every learner feels like it was built just for them.
- Integrate third-party content and tools (like LinkedIn Learning or AI-driven modules) into our ecosystem.
- Define standards for data integrity, user access, and scalable content publishing workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues, guide users, and liaise with vendors to stay ahead of updates and innovations.
- Support testing, version control, and platform documentation to keep everything humming smoothly.
Who You Are
- Experienced with LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone) and familiar with LXP frameworks (Learn Amp).
- Fluent in learning tech language; SCORM, xAPI, and authoring tools don’t scare you.
- Obsessed with clean systems, good UX, and performance data.
- Energized by puzzles and process improvement.
- Equally comfortable working behind the scenes and leading the charge on cross-functional projects.
- Curious about what’s next in learning tech and eager to try it out.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in LMS administration, learning tech, or L&D operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical mindset and tech instincts.
- Collaborative spirit with a desire to make learning experiences better for everyone.
