What You’ll Do
As Business Operations Manager, Lifestyle-APAC, you will be pivotal in maintaining and increasing efficiency, including building and implementing processes that meet the business needs. You will be responsible for tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses, and monitoring business objectives to ensure that all business functions align with the strategic goals.
- Manages developing and implementing business processes that align with the business strategies, planning, and vision.
- Develop and implement new tracking and reporting systems to streamline processes.
- Assist in tracking new licensing agreements and financials related to APAC licensees.
- Serves as the lead for special projects as assigned. Establishes and maintains internal policies and procedures for administrative activities. Implements work plans and initiatives.
- Supports the creation and management of budget projections, analyzing revenue, and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to identify business operational opportunities and develop and implement solutions.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Marketing, PR, and other teams on cross-functional initiatives to drive APAC strategy and operations.
- Gather and analyze information from cross-functional teams to identify APAC specific opportunities
- Participate in business strategy discussions with cross-functional leadership in setting APAC specific plans.
- Frequently handles sensitive and / or confidential issues, including creating monthly presentations for the Executive Committee.
- Research and analyze business data for accuracy, trends, and variances to maximize business potential.
- Engage, inspire and galvanize the organization through operational and strategic projects that help drive business for the APAC organization.
- Assist in overseeing the direction, implementation, execution and continuous improvement of the licensing processes.
Must Haves:
- 2+ years’ experience in business development, project management, and operational management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or commensurate work experience.
- Proven track record with forecasting, databases, and project management software.
- Excellent communicator, verbal, written, and in the room, ability to communicate in multiple languages a plus.
- Exhibits excellent attention to detail, is organized, and has a bias for action.
- Must have strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Primary Location Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000
