This is a high-touch, high-impact role responsible for managing the CEO & Founder’s internal and external brand through strategic visibility, storytelling and presence.

As part of this newly created role, you will serve as the CEO & Founder’s on-the-ground liaison, navigating high-profile moments, engaging with the right people and turning real-time encounters into content opportunities. Every engagement should drive meaningful impact, build the CEO & Founder’s brand and leave a lasting, authentic impression – whether at meetings, events or speaking engagements.

This role works closely with key internal stakeholders, including Communications, Marketing, Social Media and the Executive Leadership Team, to ensure the CEO & Founder’s brand is consistently amplified, protected and aligned with Authentic’s global business and cultural strategy.

What you’ll be working on

    • Own and shape the CEO & Founder’s brand across all channels—ensuring consistency, authenticity and alignment with Authentic’s broader business and cultural vision.
    • Position the CEO & Founder as a relevant, credible thought leader through high-impact speaking engagements, media opportunities and social content.
    • Partner with the Comms team to align messaging and maximize visibility across key platforms and moments.
  • Social Media
    • Partner with the Corporate Communications and Social Media teams to deliver a steady pipeline of dynamic content that engages the CEO & Founder’s following across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms.
    • Identify opportunities for engagement and proactively drive content that builds the CEO & Founder’s brand, sparks new relationships, and supports business growth.
    • Monitor social performance, ensuring regular reporting, analytics reviews and continuous optimization to maximize reach and impact.
  • Conference and Event Logistics
    • Serve as the point of contact for external creative partners, photographers, and agencies to support best-in-class executive visibility.
    • Partner with the Authentic Communications team to prepare and manage briefing materials and talking points for speaking engagements, interviews, panels and thought leadership opportunities.
    • Provide top-notch support during events - from intimate VIP dinners and large-scale settings - to ensure seamless coordination of activities.

Must Haves:

  • A connector’s mindset: you know who matters in the room and how to turn a handshake into a story
  • 7-10 years of experience in managing high-profile individuals either talent agency, entertainment company or a similar corporate environment
  • Experience in communications, brand storytelling or social strategy
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with high-profile individuals
  • Strong presence, interpersonal instincts and comfort working closely with C-suite executives
  • Experience navigating high-stakes, high-profile environments—both corporate and cultural
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first approach
  • Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • A passion for entertainment, celebrity culture, and business
