What You’ll Do
The Entertainment Marketing Summer (June - August) internship is ideal for college students who are enthusiastic about entertainment and marketing. This internship will provide an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment among industry experts and will offer the tools to develop key skills in communications, marketing and relationship management.
What you’ll be working on
- Market Research Project: Collect and analyze data about the customer experience and marketing trends
- Source influencers for all brand’s master influencer lists and brainstorm influencer campaign ideas for entire entertainment portfolio.
- Assist in all holiday influencer campaigns.
- Research social media trends and features to utilize in partner content and organic content
- Assist with content shoots and copy social calendars across the entertainment portfolio
- Participate in software and tool training
Must Haves:
- Undergraduate/graduate student
- Major in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or digital media
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- MS Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel proficiency
- Analytical thinker who is self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Collaborative and able to thrive in a high-paced environment
- Currently enrolled university student.
- Available to work up to 20 hours per week.
- Able to work onsite in our NYC office.
- Willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortability in a high-paced, collaborative environment.
- Detail oriented
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
- Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks.
Primary Location Salary Range:
The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York, NY, is $18
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York, NY, is $22
