We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will play a key role within the Operations, Governance, and Control team by gathering, analysing, and documenting data requirements to support the delivery of a centralised, self-service data platform across all business divisions, while assuming responsibility for existing data reporting and operational support activities. The role will have significant responsibility within the Data Strategy initiatives, including leading the end-to-end migration, reconciliation, and validation of five critical data domains to ensure business reporting requirements are successfully transitioned and aligned with business needs. In parallel, the position will contribute to foundational Data Strategy enablers, such as Master Data Management (MDM), data lineage, data cataloguing, and governance artefacts - essential to achieving sustainable, scalable, and compliant self-service analytics. The Technical Business Analyst will also produce high-quality documentation and actionable reports and dashboards to support informed, data-driven decision-making across program teams and senior leadership. You will work in a hybrid setup, with your day beginning at 7:30 AM IST to collaborate effectively with our global teams.
