The Email Marketing Specialist sits within the Marketing department and is responsible for delivering end-to-end engagement campaigns across email, push, in-app and related channels. The role supports the development, execution and optimisation of client lifecycle Communications, contributing to effective automation, engagement and retention strategies while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes and standards.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will:
- Create, build and launch email, push, in-app and other engagement campaigns in line with approved briefs and templates, ensuring accuracy in content, links, personalisation and audience targeting.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance. • Run and manage customer journeys, including user segmentation and building event-based campaigns, aimed at improving conversion and retention rates, ensuring correct setup and execution of automation logic.
- Create and execute A/B testing across customer journeys and email elements to optimise open rates, user conversion and retention, ensuring test configurations are implemented accurately.
- Track and measure the performance of retention activities, preparing regular reports with clear and accurate data insights.
- Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities and support continuous improvement of engagement campaigns.
- Maintain high attention to detail in all campaign builds, adhere to established templates and internal processes, and complete appropriate quality checks prior to launch.
- Provide timely status updates and proactively escalate risks or issues that may impact agreed timelines, quality standards or delivery outcomes.
- Ensure all communications comply with applicable data protection, anti-spam and internal regulatory requirements.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to support evolving business and performance marketing needs.
Are you the one?
- 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, or a related customer engagement role.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Proven experience building and executing email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Familiarity with Figma and the ability to work with design assets to create and launch customer communications.
- Strong attention to detail, with a track record of delivering accurate, error-free campaigns across multiple audiences and markets.
- Comfortable working with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms to manage workflows and priorities.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Product, and other stakeholder teams.
