Votre Impact
Le Responsable Technique de Comptes sera en charge de la relation quotidienne avec les clients clés d’Axon afin d'établir un partenariat stratégique à long terme. En tant que principal point de contact pour vos clients, vous serez chargé de fournir les meilleures pratiques et une expertise technique pour aider vos clients à atteindre leurs objectifs opérationnels en utilisant les produits d'Axon. Vous collaborerez également avec plusieurs équipes transverses en apportant des informations précieuses sur les besoins et défis de vos clients, influençant ainsi les feuilles de route des produits et les projets internes.
Dans ce rôle polyvalent, alliant gestion de projet, expertise produit et conseil, vous serez constamment axé sur l’amélioration de l’efficacité et de la confiance de vos clients dans leurs processus quotidiens.

Vos Missions
Lieu: Paris, France (avec déplacements en France et dans les territoires d'outre-mer selon les besoins)
Mode de travail hybride (télétravail + interventions sur site client), avec des déplacements pouvant atteindre 50% du temps

Rattachement hiérarchique: Directeur, Services Professionnels EMEA

  • Maîtriser l’ensemble des technologies/produits d’Axon, notamment Axon Evidence Local, les caméras-piétons
  • Utiliser d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale pour animer efficacement des présentations, démonstrations et discussions techniques et commerciales auprès de dirigeants de haut niveau
  • Démontrer des capacités de leadership en priorisant et exécutant de manière autonome les tâches projet de façon méthodique et rigoureuse
  • Gérer les attentes des clients en veillant à leur satisfaction tout en maintenant des attentes réalistes
  • Assurer un support technique de niveau 2
  • Rédiger des comptes rendus pour la base de connaissances sur les problématiques fréquentes et critiques
  • Remonter les bugs et tendances aux équipes d’ingénierie d’Axon concernées
  • Fournir un support technique avancé aux autres départements de l’entreprise
  • Créer et maintenir des environnements de test internes pour les produits
  • Assurer la gestion et l’administration des enregistrements de déploiement internes
  • Assister un intégrateur tiers dans la maintenance logicielle, notamment la mise à jour biannuelle du logiciel déployé sur plus de 200 sites clients en France et dans les territoires d’outre-mer
  • Gérer la relation avec l'intégrateur tiers et le client tout au long du contrat
  • Rester organisé et capable de lever des obstacles en faisant preuve de créativité et d'adaptabilité face aux évolutions rapides du contexte
  • Développer des relations clés avec les partenaires d’Axon pour résoudre les problèmes et déployer avec succès les produits
  • Améliorer ou créer de la documentation technique afin de faciliter la compréhension et l’utilisation des produits et services
  • Assurer la communication des retours clients auprès des différentes équipes d’Axon pour influencer le développement et l'amélioration des produits
  • Maintenir la confiance des clients, notamment dans des situations sous forte pression
  • Se déplacer sur les sites clients en France et dans les territoires d’outre-mer selon les besoins

Votre Profil

  • Nationalité française requise (nécessaire pour travailler avec des données gouvernementales sensibles) et acceptation de passer une vérification de sécurité
  • Expérience IT de 5+ ans, notamment en support technique ou déploiement informatique
  • Expérience substantielle avec des grands comptes publics ou privés (ministères ou clients de niveau entreprise)
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de la relation client et de projets techniques
  • Autonomie et capacité à travailler seul(e) avec peu de supervision pour atteindre les objectifs et satisfaire les exigences clients
  • Résidence en France, avec disponibilité pour voyager en France et dans les territoires d’outre-mer
  • Connaissance des processus ITIL et de gestion des changements, avec une grande aisance pour planifier, documenter et exécuter des modifications tout en garantissant des retours arrières en cas de besoin
  • Expérience en création et maintenance d’images logicielles
  • Connaissance des méthodologies de routage et de commutation, des technologies Wi-Fi, télécommunications et Internet
  • Maîtrise avancée des concepts IT et réseaux, y compris :
    • Systèmes d’exploitation Microsoft Server & Client
    • Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure (notamment Entra ID)
    • APIs, administration réseau (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, pare-feu, etc.)
  • Expérience dans un ou plusieurs domaines spécialisés suivants :
    • Vidéo numérique, communications mobiles, cybersécurité IP, systèmes embarqués, IAM, SaaS
  • Connaissance et mise en œuvre de solutions de bases de données relationnelles (AWS RDS, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Db2, etc.)
  • Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques selon le niveau de connaissance IT des clients
  • Solides compétences analytiques, stratégiques et en résolution de problèmes
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et communicationnelles (écrites et orales)
  • Grande rigueur et sens de l’organisation avec une excellente gestion du temps
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer le changement et à performer sous pression
