The successful candidate will help the QA team deliver top quality features through extensive, fast paced testing and regression. As Software Test Analyst you will take part and refine test plans and create teste cases. You will also provide the team with the latest testing status of features in development and will be collaborating closely with the extended team to deliver world-class online features and services. The candidate will be joining a team of outgoing individuals who share a great team dynamic and are part of a fantastic company culture which promotes flexibility and balance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create test plans & test cases based on specifications and requirements
  • Support QA execution phase
  • Heightened sense of awareness and attention to detail during test analysis and test execution phases
  • Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
  • Partnering and collaborating with all departments throughout the SDLC
  • Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
  • Process product reviews and inform the product team regarding defects and errors
  • Share reports and metrics to relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
  • Preparing demos and presentations regarding tested features to business partners and stakeholders

What you need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of  proven test experience throughout all aspects of the SDLC and STLC phases
  • Extensive experience with bug management and test management tools (i.e Jira, TestRail)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience (preferably in technical discipline) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Exceptional, clear and effective communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
  • Self-driven ability to work independently
  • Strong team spirit
  • Strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out-of-the-box
  • Solid time management skills
