AI Prompt Specialist

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Artist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, craft, and optimize text prompts for AI models to generate diverse and engaging video scenes. You will collaborate closely with our content, production, and engineering teams to ensure the highest quality and creativity in AI-generated video content.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop, refine, and test text prompts for AI models to generate a wide variety of video scenes, primarily for adult entertainment.
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and technical teams to understand content requirements and desired outcomes based on specific Brand.
- Analyze and iterate on AI outputs, providing feedback and making prompt adjustments to achieve optimal results.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI video generation technology and prompt engineering techniques.
- Document best practices and contribute to building a prompt library for future use.
- Ensure all generated content aligns with Aylo's brand, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in regular creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts for AI-generated content that meets audience preferences and engagement goals.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Must Haves:
- Bachelor degree in business, engineering, creative writing or other relevant education or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.), with a focus on video or multimedia content.
- Proven success creating effective AI prompts.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills; ability to translate creative concepts into effective AI prompts.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and the nuances of guiding AI models for desired results.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to haves:
- Stable diffusion is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with adult content creation and sensitivity to the unique challenges and standards of the industry.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (Python, etc.) for AI workflow automation.
- Background in visual arts, film production, or animation.
- Portfolio of AI-generated media or prompt engineering work.
