Senior Program Manager, Sales Operations

This is a hybrid position working 3 days in office, 2 days from home and must be based in one of the following cities: Woodinville, WA, Troy, MI, Atlanta, GA, Indianapolis, IN, Austin, TX
 
Position Overview: The Senior Program Manager, Sales Operations drives high-level program management tasks, including strategy development, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination. This role is responsible for driving efficiencies across the team, managing high-level program implementations, and ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Team Efficiency and Management: Drive efficiencies across the team and manage the Program Manager team (3-5 direct reports). 
  • Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight for program operations. 
  • Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement program strategies. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor program performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, identifying and pursuing collaboration opportunities. 
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Provide written recommendations to leadership based on data analysis, deep dives, and interactions with partner teams. 
  • Development of SOPs: Develop SOPs to share key learnings and efficiencies within the pod and the larger company. 
  • Website Functionality Development: Scope new website functionality and assist in roadmap prioritization. 
  • Program Implementation Leadership: Lead new program implementations for the Program team. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Proven track record of communicating with executives. 

 

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
