Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and drive sales activation across digital and social platforms. This role will focus on planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies across our digital properties while creating compelling sales and marketing content. The ideal candidate will ensure messaging, branding, and visuals align with the BDA brand and work closely with stakeholders to highlight BDA’s industry leadership and unique solutions.
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in optimizing BDA’s websites, collaborating with web designers, content creators, social media specialists, and external agencies to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Success in this role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and digital marketing expertise, paired with the ability to craft narratives that engage potential clients and drive new business opportunities. This dynamic and customer-focused position offers the opportunity to shape impactful marketing strategies that showcase BDA’s capabilities and leadership in the industry.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Website Management and Optimization: Create and maintain websites to showcase the company’s products and services, collaborating with internal teams to design landing pages and enhance the user experience for lead generation.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Monitor search engine rankings, implement SEO strategies, and optimize content to ensure prominent visibility for key business-related search terms.
• Agency and Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendor partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, evaluating ROI and KPIs to inform future strategies.
• Content Development: Create compelling marketing content, including videos, social media vignettes, and sales materials that highlight customer success stories and reinforce the value proposition.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales leads.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience creating sales enablement materials and working closely with sales teams.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative thinker with a passion for crafting innovative campaigns.
• Strong PowerPoint skills a plus.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
