This position will be based out of Dallas, TX and will be a hybrid work schedule working 3 days in office, and 2 days from home.

As a Client Service Manager - Kids and Families at BDA, you will work closely with a client to coordinate the creation, production, and delivery of innovative products that drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty. This role is a blend of strategic coordination, creative collaboration, and best-in-class client service.

You will be a key part of a client services team, ensuring that projects align with the client’s goals and resonate with their target audiences, including kids and families. This is not a traditional account manager role; it requires a creative, strategic mindset with a focus on product and brand strategy, often kid & family focused.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and confidence, proactively address challenges and use information to develop and maximize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of products and services.
  • Manage specific lines of business internally and externally to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
  • Use kids & family expertise to help coordinate creation of engaging, age-appropriate products that drive brand affinity among the clients’ target audience.
  • Understand, interpret and analyze financial aspects of accounts to deliver information used to make financial business decisions for BDA.
  • Review, analyze and report on teamwork hours, client data, sales revenue, gross margins, sales reports, operating expenses, etc. to identify trends and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Skills and Traits

  • Proven experience in relationship management, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop engaging product ideas.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track timelines, prioritize tasks, proactively solve challenges and ensure smooth execution.
  • Strong understanding of how to use Excel basic functions and data manipulation to share information and provide analyses.
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of calculating financial data such as margins and sales projections to ensure profitable sales results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Elementary Education or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years proven experience in a field related to a preferred degree listed above.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays; benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
