We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about building relationships and uncovering opportunities through thoughtful outreach. This is not a closing role - it’s a strategic entry point to help you grow into an Account Executive (AE) career. You'll engage with inbound leads, qualify them, and hand off sales-ready opportunities to our AE team; playing a critical role in our revenue growth. Bonus compensation is tied directly to the revenue generated from the leads you help source and qualify.
What You'll Do-
Own and manage inbound leads from discovery to qualified handoff to the AE team

Research and identify key decision-makers and buying signals

Deliver personalized, thoughtful outreach via email, social, and phone

Build dialogue and relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted first point of contact

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and outreach strategy

Use Salesforce, Gong, and other tools to track pipeline and report on performance
