Sales Operations Lead

Collingwood, Victoria, Australia

IN A NUTSHELL

We show up in over 1,500 retail doorways and across a broad mix of digital channels. That includes marketplaces like The Iconic and Amazon, and a growing network of wholesale, distribution and corporate partners. We operate in nine languages, and our reach continues to expand. As that reach grows, the systems behind the scenes need to scale with it. That’s where you come in.

Reporting to our Logistics & Sales Operations Manager, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Lead to bring structure and clarity to the way we manage content, tools and workflows across our sales channels. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with sales, digital, tech and data teams to keep things moving from product data and order management to customer onboarding and content launches. You’ll also play a key role in shaping and delivering cross-functional projects, helping others stay on track and focused on what matters most.

If you enjoy managing people and projects, find satisfaction in improving how things work, and want to be part of a team that values clear thinking and collaboration, this could be the role for you.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE, IF YOU…

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in operations across sales, digital channels, or marketplaces
  • Bring at least 2 years’ experience leading a team, and are committed to growing as a people leader. You enjoy helping others stay focused, feeling supported, and on track
  • Confidently run projects. You know how to break down work, set priorities, and keep things moving
  • Work well across teams, bringing structure and clarity to collaborative projects
  • Understand the world of marketplaces or wholesale (ideally both), and how content, processes, orders, and fulfilment connect
  • Are organised and practical, with strong experience using tools like spreadsheets, Asana, Netsuite, or similar
  • Have a knack for spotting inefficiencies, and enjoy building or improving processes to help teams work smarter
  • Are comfortable having tough conversations when needed and are focused on solving problems and keeping momentum

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST MONTH YOU MIGHT HAVE…

  • Met with the team to discuss the current status of task assignments in Asana, identified potential bottlenecks, and collaborated to develop solutions that unblocked workflows and kept projects on track.
  • Worked with the wholesale demand planner and sales operations coordinator to organise and track inventory needed for a key account PO, to ensure timely delivery by the order cancel date
  • Create a project plan for a new marketplace we are launching on; including but not limited to resourcing, content creation process, etc.
  • Worked with the Demand Planning team and Logistics Lead to build a process for reserving inventory for launch partners in a new product category.
  • Coordinated with the Tech and Data team to set-up automatic product data feeds to nuorder, our B2B order management system
  • Supported our expansion into a new Amazon country by onboarding a new translator alongside our Content Coordinator, and managing the process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of translated content.

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a full-time role based in our Collingwood office, with an office-centric hybrid schedule. We expect four days in the office during the onboarding period, with increased flexibility over time.
