HR Manager - Greece

Reporting to our HR Director based in Malta, you will work alongside HR managers from all our global locations. This role offers exposure to all facets of HR, including performance management, diversity and inclusion, talent development, employer branding, and compensation and benefits.​  

 

A Flavor of What You Will Be Doing 

 

•  HR Operations Management: Oversee the HR function for our Athens Tech Hub, ensuring alignment with Betsson Group's global standards and local compliance.​ 

• Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding: Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top tech talent, working closely with local recruiters and enhancing our employer brand within the Greek market.​ 

• Employee Experience: Deliver a first-class employee experience by implementing initiatives that promote engagement, well-being, and professional growth.​ 

• Compliance and Process Development: Establish and maintain HR processes that comply with Greek labor laws and best practices.​ 

• Social Impact Initiatives: Drive local social responsibility programs that reflect Betsson Group's commitment to community engagement. 

• Compensation and Benefits: Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits packages.​ 
• Cultural Development: Continuously work to strengthen and develop our vibrant Betsson culture within the Athens future office.​

Your Background 

 

• University degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.​ 

• Minimum of 4 years HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced international organization.​ 

• Background in the tech or digital sector is highly desirable.​ 

• Proven experience in scaling teams and leading recruitment efforts.​ 

• Strong understanding of HR processes such as performance management and talent development.​ 

• Experience with compensation benchmarking and developing salary structures.​ 

• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented.​ 

• Agile, creative, and effective in communicating key messages.​ 

• Solution-focused with the ability to adapt to changing situations and deadlines.​ 

• Familiarity with behavioural assessment tools; knowledge of DISC is a plus.​ 

• Fluent in Greek and English.​
