CRM Coordinator - Early Life Retention

Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator with a “can-do” attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in CRM and email marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing

• Support CRM Managers in delivering BTL Early Life Retention campaigns across brands and markets

• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content is on-brand, engaging, localized, and compliant

• Implement personalization and dynamic content to enhance engagement

• Conduct QA testing across email clients to ensure quality and consistency

• Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize accordingly

• Benchmark campaigns against competitors to maintain a strong market position

Project Management & Operations

• Use JIRA for task management and stakeholder coordination

• Assist in campaign execution: landing pages, user journeys, rewards setup, content uploads

• Coordinate with design, content, and localization teams to meet timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry or in a relevant role

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Comfortable following detailed technical instructions

• Genuine interest in online casino, poker, and sportsbook betting products

Nice to Have

• Experience using Salesforce Journey Builder

• Additional language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, Polish, or any Scandinavian language are a strong advantage
