Technical Service Officer
The Role
We are looking for a talented Technical Service Officer for Betsson Georgia brand who will be involved in different processes and help us deliver the best customer experience in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Studying business requirements and aligning them with data;
- Developing, identifying, and implementing various technical solutions to support efficient analytics processes;
- Discovering insights based on customer data, reporting them, and automating the reporting process;
- Providing reports and ad hoc analysis based on the business needs;
- Building and maintaining live dashboards to track commercial and business security indicators and performance metrics;
- Providing reports required for monthly financial closing and verifying data accuracy;
- Initiating technical innovations, identifying new tools, and integrating them into business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist;
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries;
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks, at least at CISCO CCNA certification level;
- Familiarity with multiple computer operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, and Linux operations
- General knowledge of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, phone systems, network systems, and other technological office equipment
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software;
- Working Experience or awareness of technical platforms/systems such as, Jira, Slack, Teams, PRTG, Sinology, NVR, Microsoft Active Directory, Firewall FortiGATE;
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Organizational skills and time management skills;
- Excellent customer service skills.
