Role Overview

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering a rich and exciting player experience through thoughtful and data-driven product and economy analysis. You’ll partner closely with Live Ops, Product, and Analytics teams to create insight that drives our portfolio of economy features forwards. This role comes at an exciting time for Betty, as we launch a wave of new features and offer the opportunity to build something truly innovative in iGaming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse Betty’s loyalty economy and metagame features, proactively proposing data led ideas to optimise the current state and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with wider Live Ops to iterate on the economy, optimising retention, revenue and rewards while maintaining a data-led approach.
  • Support Product and Live Ops teams in launching new features across campaigns, events, collections, and gamification mechanics.
  • Proactively analyzing player behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and to enhance player experience
  • Providing clear recommendations to the business based on structured insight and an understanding of how those recommendations impacts players
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business problems to drive the best impact
  • Help to monitor economy critical KPIs to track the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Create new ways to measure value and player experience, constantly enhancing the way we use data to drive our strategy
  • Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and applying them to improve our analytics capabilities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis to a wide range of stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in analysing product and play experience within gaming
  • Strong understanding of player psychology and monetisation mechanics
  • Advanced numeracy, modelling, and Excel skills; SQL experience a strong plus
  • Data-driven mindset, able to balance insights with player experience in shaping the economy
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain economy design through a clear, player-focused lens
  • Python experience is preferred
