Growth and Paid Media Analyst

We are looking for a Growth and Paid Media Analyst with a strategic mindset and strong tactical execution skills, capable of leading digital acquisition campaigns with an omnichannel approach. This role will be key in designing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing initiatives focused on generating qualified leads in SaaS and B2B environments.
The main responsibilities you will have are:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads and across the Meta Ads ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).
- Design and develop multichannel acquisition strategies, integrating paid media, organic tactics, email marketing and automation.
- Produce monthly reports with actionable business insights.
- Oversee the entire demand generation funnel, ensuring efficient conversion from first touch to closed deal.
- Use HubSpot for campaign automation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing goals with business growth.
- Analyze key metrics and generate actionable reports for continuous improvement.
- Propose and implement A/B tests and growth marketing experiments.
What are the requirements?
- + 4 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on growth and paid media.
- Proficiency in the Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager ecosystems.
- Preferably proven experience in SaaS and B2B models, preferably within tech or digital services companies.
- Strategic understanding of the 360° digital ecosystem: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM, and automation.
- Experience in lead generation and qualification within long sales cycles.
- Advanced use of HubSpot: workflows, lead scoring, automation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset focused on business metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- A mindset geared toward experimentation, continuous improvement, and results.
Is a Must if you have:
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
