- We're designing the future of autonomous marketing, taking the work out of workflows, and reclaiming the creative, strategic, and customer-first work marketers were always meant to do.
About the Role:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Platform at Bloomreach, you support go-to-market activities and collaborate with cross-functional partners to help position and launch product features for our data platform and data partnerships (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks). - Produce crisp, reusable assets: messaging documents, one-pagers, pitch deck slides, integration briefs—kept current and versioned.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Orchestrate the plan across Product, Partnerships, Sales, CS, and Marketing—set owners, decisions, and definition-of-done in alignment with Bloomreach expectations of ownership, learning, and collaboration
- Run a project-health cadence to track risks, issues, dependencies, and unblock owners.
3. Launches & Partner/Alliances Go-To-Market
- Lead platform related launches end-to-end: tiering, milestones, communication plan, enablement, and post-launch evaluation.
- Support partner GTM programs: joint positioning, listings/marketplaces, co-marketing calendars, co-sell motions.
- Define success metrics upfront and deliver post-mortems with learnings and next iterations.
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Own an insight loop on warehouse-native trends, integration ecosystems, and category competitors; translate findings into roadmap and GTM suggestions.
- Run targeted win/loss and deal reviews for data-led opportunities; update objection handling, and discovery guides based on evidence.
5. Sales Enablement
- Build and maintain field-ready kits (talk tracks, discovery, ROI/TCO, demo storylines) for platform and partner deals—plus partner-specific variants.
- Support Enablement in creating role-based training (AE/SE/CS) and monitor usage and effectiveness (content adoption, influenced pipeline, win-rate lift).
6. Other Duties
- Take on other job-related tasks in support of PMM and business objectives as assigned.
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities.
