About the Role
As a Senior Collections Associate at Bluevine, you will spearhead efforts to reduce losses and drive repayment on client accounts.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Risk and Account Management teams to locate, notify, and collect from clients.
- Manage, train, and develop a team of Collections Associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Serve as the point of escalation for complex account resolution scenarios and provide hands-on support when needed.
- Monitor daily team operations and KPIs, identifying trends and delivering insights to improve collection strategies and customer outcomes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive workout plans to maximize repayment.
- Partner with the Legal department and external counsel to create and execute strategies that maximize available leverage.
- Review delinquent client hardship requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Approve settlement terms with agency partners that maximize recovery rates and time value of money.
What We Look For
- 5+ years of collections experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Steady under pressure; maintains composure in ambiguous or unfamiliar situations
- Self-motivated with a positive mindset
- Highly dependable and organized in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- Values feedback and actively supports team ideas
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
New Hire Base Salary Range: $57,680 - $69,200.
New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commissions if achieved) Range: $72,100 - $86,500.
