WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Enterprise Admins are at the heart of how customers deploy, secure, and scale Box. We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Administration portfolio—users and groups, reporting and insights, and the core admin experience. You’ll drive strategy and execution that reduce churn, increase adoption, and make admins love managing Box.
In this role, you’ll manage a team of Product Managers while staying close to the work. You’ll set priorities across planned and unplanned initiatives, partner cross‑functionally to deliver outcomes, and help steer key initiatives like Project Centurion that deepen admin engagement across our largest customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define a strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise administration features, encompassing user management, reporting and insights, and overall Admin experience to meet the complex governance and compliance needs of large organizations.
- Lead a team of product managers to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions that streamline administrative workflows while aligning with the platform's overall product strategy and enhancing operational efficiency for administrators.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders (such as GTM, customer success, and security teams) to deeply understand pain points, gather requirements, and prioritize initiatives that drive enterprise adoption and retention.
- Identify key metrics, objectives, and results that will define success.
WHO YOU ARE

- 6+ years of product management experience building enterprise SaaS products; track record in admin, governance, security, or platform experiences is a plus.
- People leadership experience hiring, mentoring, and leading Product Managers with a focus on outcomes and craft.
- Proven success owning end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, launch, and scaling of enterprise-grade features.
- Strong collaborator who drives cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Support, and GTM.
- Comfortable setting a multi-year vision and translating it into clear strategies, roadmaps, and measurable goals.
- Customer advocate with excellent discovery skills and the ability to turn complex needs into simple, usable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in content management, collaboration platforms, or security/governance domains.
- Familiarity with admin analytics, telemetry, and reporting frameworks.

United States Pay Range
$224,000 - $280,000 USD
