In This Role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in short-term compute planning and global server fleet optimization. This role blends data-driven analysis, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure infrastructure readiness and efficient resource allocation. You will have the opportunity to work independently while interfacing across a wide range of internal stakeholders. This is a high-impact role offering visibility into strategic planning and operational execution for global infrastructure efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead short-term infrastructure planning to ensure adequate server capacity and optimal fleet usage globally.

Contribute to initial footprint planning for new data centers and geographic regions.

Conduct detailed data analysis to inform planning decisions and optimize resource allocation.

Build and maintain tools and dashboards to automate and streamline planning workflows.

Organize and manage cross-functional initiatives and deliverables from initiation through implementation.

Regularly interface with stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and reporting metrics.

Produce technical and analytical documentation to support business decisions and tool development.

Track and ensure the timely delivery of hardware and infrastructure resources.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data analysis, Excel-based modeling, and operational planning.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Proficiency in Excel for modeling, reporting, and scenario analysis.

Experience in coordinating across functions to align on capacity planning strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL, Kusto, or other database query languages.

Familiarity with infrastructure or cloud-related planning domains.

Experience working in large-scale, enterprise environments.

Background in developing and automating tools or dashboards for reporting and analysis.

Previous experience within a high-visibility role at a large technology organization.
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The midpoint of this range is $85,000, which reflects a candidate who meets most or all of the key requirements and brings a balanced mix of technical expertise, planning experience, and independent problem-solving capabilities. Compensation may also include performance-based bonuses or additional benefits depending on the final offer and location.
