About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager (Part Time) with a strong background in Power Apps, SharePoint, and Azure to lead and coordinate technology-driven initiatives that support critical business operations.
This is not a purely administrative PM role — you’ll need to understand and engage with the technology to manage programs effectively. You’ll act as the connective tissue between business needs and technical execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with Microsoft standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage programs focused on the enhancement and maintenance of SharePoint infrastructure, PowerApps, and associated Azure environments

Drive execution of tool-based process changes and ensure alignment with organizational priorities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and deliverables

Monitor ongoing work across SharePoint and Power Platform environments to ensure system stability and compliance

Translate business needs into technical tasks, track progress, and manage risks/issues

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of program or project management experience in a technical environment

2+ years hands-on experience with Power Apps, including design, automation, testing, and enhancement

2+ years managing SharePoint environments, including site structure, permissions, and governance

2+ years working with Azure environments, ideally within a corporate or enterprise setting

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Proven ability to work independently, drive progress, and deliver high-quality outcomes
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 to $85,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
