In This Role
This contract Program Manager role sits at the intersection of program execution and internal communications operations. You will own the day-to-day health, structure, and usability of internal SharePoint sites while also supporting a portfolio of evolving employee and culture programs from concept through delivery.
This is a highly hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams that shift week to week. You will partner closely with senior leaders, program owners, and a Chief of Staff organization to ensure communications are clear, timely, visually effective, and aligned to established rhythms of business.
Responsibilities
Visual Communications & SharePoint Operations

Own daily management and upkeep of internal SharePoint sites and related resources.

Ensure content is well-structured, visually clear, easy to navigate, and consistently up to date.

Align content updates to established rhythms of business (ROB), including leadership communications, all-hands moments, and recurring organizational milestones.

Partner with leaders, business managers, and program owners to publish announcements, updates, and resources in a consistent and predictable manner.

Maintain strong content hygiene, including accuracy, version control, archiving, and findability.
Communications Data & Reporting

Track and report on communications and SharePoint engagement metrics such as page views, usage trends, and adoption patterns.

Create and maintain lightweight dashboards, trackers, or summaries to support decision-making.

Use data to identify what is working, where engagement is dropping, and where content or delivery adjustments are needed.
Program Management (Ad Hoc & Portfolio-Based)

Support a range of employee, business, and culture programs on an as-needed basis.

Design and execute programs from concept through delivery, often managing multiple initiatives in parallel.

Develop workback plans, timelines, dependencies, and lightweight success metrics.

Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and follow-through.

Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and help resolve issues quickly.

Continuously refine programs and processes based on feedback, outcomes, and evolving needs.
Ongoing Weekly Activities

Manage and update SharePoint content and structure

Create and maintain visual representations of rhythms of business

Attend business management and planning meetings

Build and refresh communications dashboards and trackers

Partner with business managers on people and culture programs

Provide clear status updates to a Chief of Staff organization
Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, managing multiple overlapping initiatives.

5+ years of hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites and internal content platforms.

5+ years of experience creating visual and multimedia communications such as decks, diagrams, or short videos.

Strong experience supporting internal communications operations within established rhythms of business.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Clear, concise written communication skills with the ability to interpret and act on engagement data.

Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a Business Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar operational support role.

Experience working in large, complex, or fast-paced technology organizations.

Demonstrated interest in using AI tools (such as Copilot or similar) to improve productivity, content quality, workflow efficiency, summarization, and data tracking.

Portfolio or examples of internal communications, SharePoint work, or visual content submissions.

Highly collaborative and adaptable mindset with comfort navigating changing priorities.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $49 to $51 USD/hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
