The Position:
BPD is looking for a creative and detail oriented Copywriter who is passionate about creating breakthrough work in the healthcare space to join our in-house Studio team. This position will contribute to our client’s success by collaborating with a talented team of designers, strategists and other creatives to develop content that aligns with our clients’ brand and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling in the healthcare space, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a desire to grow in a fast paced environment. This person must be dedicated to helping the company, its teams and its clients Ignite Greatness and bring better health to more people.
The Responsibilities:
Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Create engaging copy for a variety of mediums, including precision marketing, print ads, digital content, social, web, email, video, radio and more
- Work closely with creative and account stakeholders to understand project goals, brand voice, and target audience, ensuring all copy meets client expectations
- Take feedback from senior team members, cross functional partners and stakeholders to refine and improve copy
- Review and refine copy to ensure it is free of errors and adheres to both the client’s and BPD’s style guidelines
- Partner with designers, art directors, and other team members to ensure our work is cohesive and visually compelling
The Essentials:

- This person would have 3-5 years of experience in copywriting (agency experience preferred); experience is the healthcare space is a plus
- Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Superior time management, organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time
- Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn internal team confidence quickly
- Ability to thrive in a fluid and fast-paced environment
