The Position:
The responsibility of a Director, Project Management is to plan, execute, and manage campaign level projects, and stand alone projects. This role will support a portfolio of accounts as assigned and manage project management team members on the assigned portfolio of accounts.

The Responsibilities:
Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Supports more senior level PMs and partners with account management leads to lead their portfolio of accounts.
- Manages supporting project managers on the assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Supports the development of scopes of works including pricing.
- Develops plans for campaigns and project level work.
- Supports agency wide resourcing.
- Acts as producer on video and photography assignments.
- Ensures SOPs are implemented and maintained on their accounts and by the PMs they supervise.
- Leads account and project level revenue recognition.
- Maintains all project management data entry.
- Participates in internal and external meetings.
- Manages third party resources, freelance and contract labor within the constraints of campaign or project budgets.
- Budget management.
- Develops and maintains campaign and project level finances.
The Essentials:
- 7-10 year’s experience in Project Management
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ad Agency experience is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in Workamajig project management system is a plus
