Role: Senior Motion Graphics Designer (3D + 2D)
Location: India (Remote working until further notice)
A little bit about the role:
We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join a five-year-old, high-profile account for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. Working in partnership with the client, the Senior Motion Designer leads the creation and delivery of a range of animation projects across for internal and external audiences, including B2B and B2C stakeholders, social platforms and large-scale digital signage, all while adhering to creative/brand guidelines. The Senior Motion Designer will proactively manage design/animation quality, accuracy and consistency across all their creative work.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
You will be joining a global creative team of over 100 employees, and more specifically a video team of 16.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop creative and graphic animation concepts in collaboration with assigned teams to meet the aims of the brief.
- Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copyregardingarrangement, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Use a depth of animation knowledge, softwareskillsand industry best practice to create beautiful and innovative animated videos.
- Present concepts and designs to key individuals.
- Follow projects throughout all stages of production.
- Interact regularly with creative leadership, creative partners, and other team members as needed for completion of assigned projects.
- Solve business challenges through marketing and smart creative design.
- Work across multiple products and services.
What you'll need:
- Highly creative, innovative, and skilled in design and motion graphics.
- The ability to interpret marketing ideas and turn them into visual reality at a premium, world-class level.
- Well versed primarily inCinema 4D with Redshift for 3D pipeline, as well asAfter Effects for 2D pipeline. Solid foundation in Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and Figma preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build andmaintainstrong client and internal relationships.
- Very goodcommunication skills in English, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen for understanding to execute the work according to the customers’ needs.
