Station Operations and Guest Services Supervisor

Under the direct guidance of the assigned Area Manager, the Supervisor, Guest and Station Operations position will be responsible for all station administrative, operational, and personnel management duties including but not limited to meeting all assigned KPI metrics, providing supervisory guidance to a team of frontline guest service agents, handing of irregular operational events, and ensuring the security and handling of company aircraft. They are responsible for Airport training, audits, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor provides leadership and technical support to Airport Team Members and Business Partners. They foster growth and development based on the Breeze values, while providing excellent guest service. 

Hourly Rate: $26 per hour

This is a Part-Time Opportunity

Here’s what you’ll do

  • Facilitates, updates, and maintains Breeze Team member and business partner training across all lines of business
  • Ability to learn and train our Breeze Team members and business partners in all lines of business
  • At the direction of the Stations training team, ensure all training is consistent with Breeze Airways’ brand, policies, and procedures and in full compliance with set policies and regulations.
  • At the direction of the Stations training team, ensure all training curricula are taught in a standardized and consistent manner
  • Work with the Stations training team to identify future and current training needs based on Breeze Airways’ goals
  • In partnership with the Stations training team, monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness and recommend changes when needed
  • Respond to guest and company inquiries in peak periods with the understanding that the Breeze operation takes priority and supervisor will be required to support late/early operations, if necessary.
  • Assist Guest Services senior leadership as needed
  • Assist the Area Manager of Station Operations & Guest Services with airport openings, supervising Team Members and managing business partners
  • In partnership with the assigned Area Manager, participate in frontline hiring events and offer feedback/recommendations on personnel selections.
  • Proficient as peer and Team Member mentor for desired execution while assuring accountability for the correct execution of processes and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to airport and aircraft security regulations and report any anomalies through proper channels
  • Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and operation
  • Identify and implement operational improvements
  • Responsible for safety programs at the station to ensure a safe workplace and operation for Breeze Team members and Business Partners and guests — responsible for meeting all OSHA and local and state requirements
  • Work with Breeze team members and business partners to ensure we are meeting all operational KPI metrics
  • Follow up on all station delays and ensure timely reporting
  • Achieve all outlined performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Ground Security Coordinator certification.

Here’s what you need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Airline Operational Experience
  • 2+ years of Leadership Experience
  • Experience with providing or monitoring quality assurance
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) professionally for training, QA, and data reporting
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines ethic
  • Knowledgeable in Airport Operations and Ground Operations
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities, with ability to lead, train and motivate
  • Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response and on short notice
  • Hold effective coaching and correction conversations, as needed 
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license from the state of your primary residence 
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge 
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-year degree
  • 3+ years of Leadership Experience
