Position Summary - Join us!

Breeze’s Manager Brand Experience will play a key role in enhancing the Breeze brand and improving the Guest journey by overseeing the strategy, development, and management of in-airport and onboard products, services, and partnerships throughout the day of travel experience. This person will directly impact the Guest experience while elevating the Breeze brand to drive revenue, reduce costs and increase Guest satisfaction. 
The Manager of Brand Experience routinely challenges the status quo and has an insatiable appetite for building new products and services that positively impact the Guest experience across key day-of-travel touchpoints by ensuring all Guest interactions reflect the brand's values while delivering a positive, memorable experience. 

Here's what you'll do

  • Liaison with Operations teams to streamline and enhance all day-of-travel Guest communications, including pre-flight notifications, at-gate and inflight announcements, post-trip follow-ups, and other experience-related touchpoints. Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the brand's vision, educating the Guest while removing friction from the overall travel journey from pre-departure to post-flight engagement
  • Partner with the Airport Operations team to develop airport wayfinding strategies that guide the Guest through the airport journey
  • Experiment with new concepts and partnerships to enhance and ease the airport experience for our Guests while ensuring brand consistency across all stations
  • Lead the vision and strategy of our onboard entertainment experience ensuring seamless access to content, WiFi, and other services while collaborating with technical teams to create a user-friendly interface
  • Develop and lead the monetization of our onboard products and services through impactful advertising and partnership models to enhance Guest engagement, offset costs, and increase ancillary revenue
  • Partner with Procurement and Catering to manage onboard food and beverage product selection and pricing strategies to increase sales, maximize profitability and enhance product offerings seasonally and for various flight lengths and classes of service
  • Create and manage all performance dashboards and provide regular monitoring of sales, SLAs, etc.
  • Serve as brand liaison for all aircraft interiors-related projects by working closely with Technical Operations to identify opportunities to enhance the comfort and overall environment within the aircraft
  • Partner with our Inflight Team and Guest Experience team to develop and manage our onboard service delivery to ensure the environment and execution of Breeze’s onboard experience is reflective of the brand
  • Analyze Guest feedback and insights, such as NPS survey results, and tie it to backend data such as demographic, geographic, and purchase behavior markers to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation
  • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence

Here's what you'll need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Marketing, Branding or Product Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience in addition to a High School Diploma/GED in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Successful track record of building products and services that optimize experiences and drive revenue or reduce costs
  • Experience with managing all aspects of the product development pipeline from conception to implementation
  • Experience managing a budget and building financial business cases to justify new investments or spending
  • Experience with setting KPI’s, creating project plans and identifying, tracking and communicating product development progress or risks
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
